What can be more satisfying than a fudgy brownie. Chocolate itself is loaded
with polyphenols that boost health, mood and longevity. With a little twist in
the choice of ingredients the all time favourite can be made healthier, fudgier

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a cup add a cup of chocolate chips in olive oil, heat the mixture on a water bath.
- Keep stirring till the chocolate melts and mixture is fully combined. Let it cool for five minutes.
- In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients till they combine well.
- In the third bowl, mix eggs, vanilla extracts and coconut sugar, fold them together.
- Now slowly pour the cooled chocolate mixture in the egg mixture and mix them together.
- Add the dry ingredients in above mixture and fold together well.
- Add remaining chocolate chips and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin, bake for 20 – 25 mins till the knife comes out clean.
- Let it cool, slice and serve.
